Starting her career in London as a Product Manager in the luxury fashion industry, founder Jen gained a depth of organisational and creative skills. A love of interiors is something that has always stayed with her, so in 2014, Jen worked on a qualification in Interior Design. Finishing her certificate at KLC School of Interior Design, she then went on to work with established Interior Designers and alongside experienced Architects.
Moving to the Suffolk / Norfolk borders is the latest piece in the puzzle.
“Having connections to Norfolk, making a move towards the county was always an enticing prospect for us. We had been living in North Essex, and whilst there, Suffolk had also become a regular jaunt.
When we visited Eye on our first relocation recce, we stumbled across a house for sale. It seemed to shine out a light so bright I remembered the building a different colour. Safe to say that the place called to us there and then. Far from being straightforward, the purchase process took several long months. Finally, in April 2021 we moved into our magical home. The beauty and history of the house is matched if not (only slightly) surpassed by the surrounding area. When you connect with somewhere like this, it gives you so much in return. - It’s more than just a house, it’s a way of life, and that is an essence I love to capture when designing clients’ interiors.”
